1. Who controls your data
N9UVE is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact studio@n9uve.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company, project location, project type, approximate area, timing, requested services and any other information you choose to include in your message.
Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information and request logs, where this is necessary to deliver and protect the website.
3. Why we use it
We use personal information to:
- review and respond to enquiries;
- discuss a potential project and prepare a proposal;
- maintain the security and performance of the website; and
- meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations where applicable.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the studio and its website, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use hosting, security and form-delivery providers to operate this website and deliver enquiries to N9UVE. These providers process information only as required to provide their services. Form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit before being delivered to studio@n9uve.com. FormSubmit states that submission records are retained in its archive for 30 days.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.
5. How long we keep information
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, follow up and manage the potential project. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are generally deleted within 24 months. Information connected with a contract may be retained for longer where this is necessary for project administration, legal claims, tax or accounting requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to receive certain data in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing. To exercise a right, email studio@n9uve.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You have the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests.
7. Complaints
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve your concern. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work. In Latvia, this is the Data State Inspectorate. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
8. Cookies
N9UVE does not currently use advertising or optional analytics cookies on this website. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technical measures to provide, secure and balance requests to the website. These do not require consent where they are essential to a service requested by the visitor.
If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are introduced, this notice and the website's consent controls will be updated before they are used.
9. Updates
We may update this notice when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will always be published on this page.
